Too excited for our wedding... and i can't help but to think of what can make our wedding more personalized, from save the date to thank you gifts.. hay.. i wish we're on an open budget.. haha!! but of course, we need to save din for our future family... and we are currently on for a big big project in baler.. =) hehe..

I kept on changing my mind actually... but good thing i have friends who are helping me with the "changing of mind" thingee... i still have 10 months to prepare... but i want everything done na a month before our big day.. para di hassle... then i can relax more pa, para i'll look more pretty on my way to the altar.. i'm so vain... i know... haha!!!

And regarding on what style of wedding gown i'm gonna wear, i haven't decided yet.. whether A-line, ball gown style, mermaid style etc... but one thing i am sure of, i want it fab.. Marlon decided to wear barong.. he doesn't want a suit.. a pina barong..

The hardest thing to think of, souvenirs... i really dont have any idea on what kind of souvenir will i be giving my guests... i want it not pricey but very classy and unique... hmmm.... what will it be? hay... naak-stress.. but it's fun!!!

The Power of TWO

Day before yesterday, I was discussing with my friend and planner Rossel on how we are going to cut down our cost for the wedding, sabi nya kasi we need to prepare 1M!!! ow emm gee... lagot ako kay Marlon!! haha!!! it is over the budget... though i know my friend wanted me to have a very nice wedding.. as in everything's elegant and classy... I asked her to cut down the cost on our gowns, sabi ko kahit jan jan nlng.. she didn't agee, her point: high end lahat, tapos biglang unknown designer sa gown, parang sayang nmn.. haha!!! though some wont understand, for sure, kasi malamang sasabihin once lang nmn gagamitin..pero naiintindihan ko nmn sya.. and yes!!! oo na!!! maarte ako.. maarte kaming dalawa.. haha!!! and luckily she found a new designer instead of edd sy... but i haven't recieved the quotation yet, but for sure this designer she's telling me will give a lower price... =) will post her soon..as soon as we closed the deal...

Then after the dress we discussed nmn about our caterer... grabelicious, ang mahal din... kainis they can't waive the tax, though he wanted to, kasi the venue is charging us with the tax.. sayang nmn dba? it's more expensive pla if out of town, they have different rate..

I'm lucky that my husband to be is a person who will ask questions lang bakit ganito or ganyan, then if i explained to him na, then ok na sya, he will just smile and say "grabe, hindi na tyo kakain nito" haha!! well, both of us are doing our best to meet the budget for our wedding.. yes, we dont go dating that much na and yes pati shopping spree ko stop muna... we're homebody for a year.. =) hehe.. but he is very supportive, lalo na with my wedding gown, ayaw nya ng kung sino lang ang tatahi.. =) i love you sweetie!! i'm not spoiled, just well taken care of..

The Rocky Road

Last night I was discussing with Marlon about the expenses for our wedding.. How much will this and that will cost... Some he find it expensive, but for me it's at low cost na... And knowing him, he cant talk calmly, parang laging galit, though hindi naman.. That's why sometimes nakakainis, especially pag nasabayan nya ang tantrums ko.. But I'm getting used to it na.. haha!!

I just realized that planning your wedding is like an exam, there'll be a lot of questions and problem solving, additions and subtractions.. Sometimes may oral exam pa: debate with you partner.. hehe.. Magkaiba kasi ng gusto, but we need to meet half way.. I know he's worried with our budget, I am too, coz we might go over it.. dahil ang dami kong gusto.. haha!! Of course there are things that i need to give up para di kami sumobra sa gastos..

But It's really fun doing the wedding preparations.. Both of us have to be patient..

I guess this is an entrance exam for a married life... =)
